We are working with a large manufacturing client in Oldsmar that is looking for people with experience using hand tools and assembly for their Mechanical Rework position. This facility operates on a 4 day schedule with 10 hour shifts. This facility is air conditioned and clean. If hired into the client they offer benefits and PTO.

If you have an eye for detail and enjoy putting pieces of a puzzle together, this role could be for you Duties: Meet production goals by matching the pieces per hour goal that management sets Assemble various components of a small, light weight into a slightly larger product Continuously monitor quality and call for quality checks if a part doesn't look correct Skills: Must be able to follow written instructions Must be able to use a computer Strong attention to detail Comfortable standing on your feet for 8 hours Great dexterity in your hands, can assemble items together This role is not physically demanding, but does require great attention to detail.
