Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Electronics Rework Specialist to join our team at Butler America Aerospace, LLC. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for reworking and repairing electronic components to ensure high-quality products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform rework and repair of electronic components, including SMT and PTH components
  • Inspect assemblies to ensure compliance with IPC-A-610 quality standards
  • Identify and correct common component and soldering defects
  • Modify and repair products according to engineering change orders and procedures
  • Utilize Bill of Material (BOM), Engineering Change Orders, and process work orders to ensure accuracy and quality
Requirements
  • Experience with SMT fine pitch components and removal/replacement of components
  • Knowledge of IPC-A-610 quality standards and ability to inspect assemblies
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Basic Microsoft Office skills and ability to learn software
