Min 15+ years in pre and post-contract (change management is essential) relevant capacity in contracts and commercial management MRICS mandatory Experience of managing teams and client facing Measurement and quantification of building and infrastructure works Cost estimating of building and infrastructure elements Must have previous experience of FIDIC Contracts Project experience must be broad and include Hospitality, Residential, Leisure and Infrastructure; Must have consultant and/or client background for minimum of 3 years Must have minimum of 3 years Middle East experience Should be based in KSA Knowledge in the use of QS software Cost-X or similar is preferable; Demonstrate strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills; Possess good project background and proven English language technical writing ability and skills.
