Key Responsibilities:- Supervise a team of Commercial Specialists to ensure timely and accurate examination, research, and verification of commercial documents.
- Collaborate with the team to develop and implement effective processes for document examination and approval/rejection.
- Train employees on commercial document examination and approval/rejection procedures.
- Supervise the receipt, assessment, calculation, and processing of required fees for commercial documents.
- Maintain accurate records and statistics of filings received and approved or rejected.
- Conduct special research projects for the administrator to support business operations.
- Communicate with attorneys, accountants, financial institutions, and other state agencies to ensure compliance with commercial statutes.
- Baccalaureate degree plus three years of professional-level experience in examination, processing, approval, or maintenance of records related to business operations.
- Or six years of full-time work experience in any field.
- Or combination of work experience and college credit to substitute for the baccalaureate degree.
