Job SummaryOur client, a global consulting firm, seeks an experienced and dynamic Sr. Employee Relations Specialist to join their team in NYC. The ideal candidate posseses extensive experience handling employee relations issues, and in-depth knowledge of labor laws across the Americas, as well as preferably Canada and the Carribbean. An ability to communicate effectively and confidently with senior leaders, exceptional organization skills, and previous compliance experience will allow someone to excel in this role. Serving as an advisory to business leads and people-team colleagues, the person in this role will be the primary point of contact for all employee relations issues, and conduct employee investigations when necessary.
