About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Senior Manager, Employee Relations and Investigations. This role is a critical part of our Human Resources function and will play a key role in ensuring a positive and respectful work environment for all employees.

Key Responsibilities

  • Investigate and resolve employee grievances and complaints in a fair and timely manner
  • Develop and implement employee relations policies and procedures to promote a positive work environment
  • Provide guidance and support to management and employees on employment laws and regulations
  • Conduct training and development programs to promote diversity, inclusion, and conflict resolution skills
  • Partner with business leaders to implement systemic solutions to improve employee relations and organizational health

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in HR, with a focus on employee relations, employment law, and training and development
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations, including Title VII, ADA, and FLSA
  • Excellent investigation and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to handle sensitive and confidential matters
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize data and trends to inform decision-making
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with all levels of employees and management
