POSITION SUMMARY: We are seeking an experienced, results-oriented Sales and Account Manager with a proven track record in high-volume outbound sales to spearhead our expansion in the Greater Los Angeles and Southern California region. You will be pivotal in driving the company's growth by identifying and securing new business opportunities. Your primary responsibility will be to attract and bring in new clients, introducing them to Icon Rocklear's innovative products and services. Once onboarded, you will manage these client accounts, ensuring their success, retention, and fostering long-term relationships. This role requires a dynamic individual with strong sales acumen, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple accounts efficiently. Our ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of the automotive industry and experience in detailing, as you will be working with clients who rely on these insights to optimize their operations. This is a 1099 position with a competitive base salary and uncapped commission. RESPONSIBILITIES: Identify and target high-potential clients in the Greater Los Angeles area. Travel to meet potential clients for sales meetings. Execute a high-impact sales strategy aimed at quickly capturing market share. Consistently close large deals, meeting or exceeding ambitious sales targets. Build and maintain a robust pipeline of high-value prospects. Negotiate and secure lucrative contracts, ensuring profitable sales outcomes. Maintain a deep understanding of industry trends, competitive dynamics, and market conditions. Represent Icon Rocklear at major industry events, trade shows, and conferences to drive brand awareness and generate leads. QUALIFICATIONS: Proven experience in outbound sales and account management. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and deal-closing skills. A relentless drive to exceed sales targets and achieve significant growth. Ability to work independently, with a strong self-starting mentality. Willingness to travel frequently within the designated regions. Proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple high-stakes accounts. Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license. COMPENSATION & BENEFITS: Annual: $70,000 base, $150,000 OTE (uncapped) Benefits: Highly competitive salary with a generous commission structure. Flexible work schedule to support your success.
