Job Title: Oncology Clinical Research Associate

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Oncology Clinical Research Associate to join our team at ICON Strategic Solutions. As a key member of our clinical research organization, you will play a critical role in the success of our oncology clinical trials.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and manage multiple oncology clinical trials, ensuring compliance with Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct site visits and interact with investigators, site staff, and other stakeholders to ensure trial progress and quality.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with site personnel, investigators, and other stakeholders to ensure successful trial execution.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including clinical operations, data management, and biostatistics, to ensure trial quality and compliance.
  • Provide training and support to site staff and investigators on trial protocols, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with trial conduct, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Develop and maintain trial documentation, including study start-up documents, site initiation visit reports, and trial close-out reports.
  • Participate in trial-related meetings, including site management team meetings, investigator meetings, and study team meetings.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a life science or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 1-3 years of experience in clinical research, preferably in oncology.
  • Strong knowledge of GCP, ICH guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills, with attention to detail.
  • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time, with occasional overnight stays.
