What You’ll Do
Be the Backbone of Operations: Manage repair orders from intake to entry into our ERP system, ensuring every detail is precise.
Collaborate & Communicate: Serve as the vital link between customers and shop teams, ensuring smooth operations and alignment.
Inspect, Review, and Approve: Oversee contractual reviews, verify customer documentation, and physically inspect units when necessary.
What We’re Looking For
Must-Have Skills:
Attention to Detail: You’re skilled at spotting errors and ensuring data accuracy.
Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and ERP systems (Oracle preferred).
Nice-to-Have Skills:
Experience with contract or purchase order reviews.
