Technology Risk and Oversight Specialist

The Technology Specialist is responsible for providing technology delivery risk management and oversight-related support. Manage effectiveness of technology risk KRI's. Enhance technology delivery risk policies and standards to foster a proactive risk management environment. Execution of SLOD credible challenge routines, reporting; and ensure complete and timely documented evidence to substantiate assessment results.

Please Note: This position offers a hybrid work model that includes onsite and remote days as determined by the manager.

Position Responsibilities:
Develop, execute, and cross train others on Technology Risk Assessments methodologies (i.e., IIRA/RIRA, etc.) and others as identified.
Design, develop, review, and maintain processes/practices to support Technology Risk management, policies, standards methodologies, ongoing research and evaluation of industry best practices, technology frameworks, and the like. Design, develop and maintain controls for secured systems development lifecycle (SDLC) and secured infrastructure development lifecycle (IDLC).
Provide risk oversight on Asset life cycle management and Change Management processes.
Participate/oversee Risk and Control Self-Assessment (RCSA) for technology domain.
Identify technology issues/risks and partner with first line for timely resolution.
Identify, develop, monitor, and effectively challenge KRIs for technology risks.
Manage the design, development, and maintenance of processes/practices to ensure effective IT risk and control assessment of third-party IT service providers.
Analyze and provide recommendations for the maintenance of Technology risk taxonomy and other Enterprise Risk framework elements, as needed, to support compliance with Comerica's risk management policies, standards, and processes.

Position Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university in Business, Economics, or Computer Science
7 years of experience in Technology development and deployment, Cloud, and incident management
7 years of experience in IT delivery risk assessment and controls assessment
Licenses/ Certifications:
Preferred, (Certified in Risk and Information System Control)
Preferred, CGEIT (Certified in Governance of Enterprise IT)
Preferred, CISM (Certified Information Security Management)
Preferred, Related certifications in Technology, Information Security/Information Risk Management disciplines
