Familiarity with risk management practices, including understanding risk definitions, developing controls, and managing issues.
Strong analytical skills to assess processes and data for trends and recommend improvements.
Excellent communication skills with a proven ability to engage, influence, and foster collaboration among stakeholders.
A high degree of organization, initiative, and personal accountability in a dynamic environment, including the ability to make decisions in uncertain situations.

Professional certification in Project Management, Third-Party, Technology, and/or Cybersecurity (CISM, CRISC, etc.) is preferred. Knowledge of the three lines of defense model in a financial services context is advantageous.
