Your role will involve consistent communication, thorough documentation assessments, and on-site evaluations to comprehend and alleviate risks associated with project expenses, timelines, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute comprehensive documentation and financial evaluations for commercial construction initiatives.
  • Conduct site inspections and generate detailed monthly progress reports.
  • Perform property assessments to identify and resolve potential challenges.
  • Offer financial consulting services, including insurable value assessments, depreciated value analyses, and construction loan oversight to enhance project budgeting and financial strategies.

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management is preferred but not mandatory.
  • 3-5 years of experience within the construction sector, particularly in project management, estimating, or site evaluations.
  • Familiarity with commercial construction methodologies.
  • Exceptional analytical and quantitative abilities.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
