Your I mpact :

  • Product Strategy and Vision:?Develop and communicatea clear product vision and strategy that aligns with Sources goals and market needs. Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis toidentifyopportunities and threats. Define product roadmaps and prioritize features based on their business and customer impact.

  • Product Development and Management:?Act as an expert product subject matter expert (SME), ensuring successful development and delivery. Lead the product development lifecycle from ideation to launch, ensuringtimelydelivery of high-quality products. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to develop and launch products.

  • User Experience:Build UI design function within Source product organization. Manage current UI designanalystsand expand impact through centralizing UI design across product management for uniformity in workflow andexceptionalend userexperience.

  • Value-Driven Feature Prioritization:?Define, prioritize, and deliver features that provide substantial value to customers.

  • StakeholderCollaboration:Work closely with customers, engineering teams, and internal functions tovalidatebusiness requirements and prioritize work. Effectively communicate product plans, progress, and results to both internal and external stakeholders.

  • Primary Point of Contact:?Act as the primary point of contact for product-related queries and decisions.

  • Commercialization Support:?Assistin commercializing and enabling features developed by your team. Segment customer needs to inform future market and product positioning. Source materials for each style within their category division during product development.


What Y ou B ring :

  • 7or More Years of Product Management Experience:?You should have a strong background as a Product Manager at an organization delivering SaaS. Healthcare industry experience is preferred.

  • 4 or more yearsleadership experience

  • Confidence in Product Management Fundamentals:

  • Working in an agile environment

  • Building SaaS products

  • Managing a backlog

  • Writing and prioritizing features

  • Conducting user research and client discovery
