Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Director to lead our Unified Endpoint Management (UEM) division. As a key member of our Technology Workplace Tower team, you will be responsible for overseeing the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of our UEM platform, ensuring security and compliance across all endpoints. Key Responsibilities
  1. Oversee the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of the UEM platform.
  2. Manage diverse device ecosystems, including Windows, Mac, iOS, and Android.
  3. Develop and implement policies for device lifecycle management.
  4. Lead image management for various operating systems.
  5. Implement and maintain security policies across all managed devices.
  6. Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  7. Manage a team of approximately 15 people, including direct reports, team members, and external contractors.
  8. Apply product management principles to UEM solutions.
  9. Utilize SAFe and Agile methodologies in project execution and team management.
  10. Drive strategic decisions regarding UEM platform evolution and integration.
Requirements
  1. 10+ years of technology leadership experience with a blend of deep technical knowledge and a customer-focused mindset.
  2. 6+ years managing direct reports and Service Provider teams.
  3. 5+ years experience delivering large-scale endpoint management technology solutions.
  4. Extensive experience with UEM platforms, preferably including Bigfix, Intune, Workspace One or similar.
  5. Experience in managing global teams and initiatives.
  6. Experience working with remote and offshore development teams.
  7. Strong understanding of various operating systems (Windows, Mac, iOS, Android).
  8. Experience with endpoint security and compliance in enterprise environments.
  9. Demonstrated ability in design thinking and understanding user journeys.
  10. Proven track record in utilizing data and analytics to drive decision making.
  11. Strong innovation skills and ability to adapt to rapidly changing technological landscapes.
  12. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  13. Knowledge of compliance requirements in technology environments.
  14. Functional knowledge of SAFe/Agile framework.
  15. Functional knowledge of Product Management.
Preferred Qualifications
  1. Graduate Degree in Information Technology, Management or related discipline.
  2. 5+ years experience leading and engaging highly technical architecture, engineering and operations teams.
  3. 5+ years of hands on technical experience in digital infrastructure and/or development teams.
  4. Demonstrated ability to manage a large, diverse portfolio of technologies and projects, while balancing short-term goals and long-term vision.
  5. Comfortable applying a combination of qualitative and quantitative methods to define success.
  6. Expert problem solver that is able to solve challenges across people, process and technology.
  7. Ability to build strong relationships and network throughout the broader IT community.
  8. Experience in the security, implementation and operational support of mission critical products.
  9. Strong influencing skills and an ability to overcome barriers while driving change.
  10. Experience in researching emerging technologies and trends, standards, and products.
  11. Experience in developing technology roadmaps and strategies.
