Join a Winning Team and Make it Better As the Human Resource Manager in Supply Chain (SC), you have the opportunity to help shape the future of our Supply Chain, creating a workplace as fun and vibrant as our products.  Your work will support and drive our SC Talent Strategy and ensure successful execution of core HR processes that grow and develop our people across the function.  You will also provide best-in-class HRBP support to some incredible Corporate SC leaders.

HERE’S A TASTE OF WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

 

    • Drive Talent Processes & Initiatives – Own and drive components of our SC Talent Strategy; translate and execute center-driven talent initiatives and HR processes; leverage project management skills to drive from an idea through execution and sustainment
    • Data & Insights – Leverage a variety of data sources to identify opportunities to address talent-related gaps and opportunities (e.g., Equity Diversity & Inclusion; retention/turnover, bench strength, technical capability, etc.)
    • Thought Partnership & Collaboration Engage with the broader SC HR team to brainstorm and develop innovative solutions to address total SC and team specific talent gaps and opportunities; Act as a thought leader – share your knowledge and expertise, challenge thinking, and nurture “out of the box” ideas
    • Business Partnership – In Human Resources, partnerships are key  In this role, you will develop and maintain true business partnerships while emphasizing organization effectiveness focus through collaboration with SC leaders, plant leadership teams and our Centers of Excellence. As a business partner you will lead and implement internal practices, including key talent and performance management related processes.
    • Organizational Effectiveness – Partner with business leaders to drive improved organizational effectiveness with a focus on people leader capabilities, employee development, recognition, listening strategy, and culture. 

 

YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS

    • Strong collaboration, influencing, and relationship building competencies, at all levels across the business
    • Strong facilitation, communication, and coaching skills
    • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, or another related field and/or equivalent work experience
    • Significant work experience in Human Resources, Supply Chain or related field
    • Ability to travel up to 30%
