-TX (Houston OR Dallas) - 40% overnight travel
-California (LA or an hour from LA) - 20-30% overnight travel
-NYC (in the 5 Burroughs) - No overnight in NYC

What You will Do
  • Develop new projects and generate leads, with a specific focus on multifamily housing.
  • Identify leads, arrange meetings, conduct site visits, and close deals.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets by nurturing existing relationships and establishing new dealer connections.
  • Utilize CRM tools to track sales performance and identify growth opportunities.
What We Require
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in outside sales roles.
  • Willingness to travel overnight up to 40%.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience in the construction market, security industry, or industrial sales is advantageous.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and CRM tools for data analysis.
