Finance Manager Responsibilities:

Analyze production costs, identifying areas for cost reduction or efficiency improvement, and implementing strategies to optimize the use of resources while maintaining quality standards.
Develop and oversee the budgeting process, financial forecasting, and strategic financial planning to ensure the company meets its financial goals.
Establish and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets, prevent fraud, and ensure accurate financial reporting.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and accounting standards, such as GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles) or IFRS (International Financial Reporting Standards), as well as overseeing tax planning and reporting.


Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or related field is mandatory
Minimum 4 years’ experience in a Finance leadership role within the manufacturing industry
Cost accounting experience required
