Position:We are seeking an experienced Account Manager with a background in the residential door industry. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with residential doors and trim for high-end/custom jobs, coupled with a successful track record in sales—either as an Outside Sales Representative or Inside Sales Representative. This role offers the opportunity to manage key client accounts, drive sales growth, and contribute to our expanding market presence.

Location: Lafayette, colorado . Some travel within the region may be required.

Responsibilities:


  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, including architects, contractors, and homeowners.
  • Actively promote and sell our range of residential doors and trim products, emphasizing their quality and customization options.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to develop strategies for expanding market share and meeting sales targets.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction throughout the sales process.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, product developments, and competitor activities to inform sales strategies and maximize opportunities.

Requirements:


  • Proven experience in the residential door industry, with a focus on high-end/custom projects.
  • Demonstrated success as an Outside Sales Representative or Inside Sales Representative, preferably with experience managing key accounts.
  • Strong technical understanding of residential doors and trim, including materials, finishes, and installation processes.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to effectively convey product benefits and close sales.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven, with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
