Their extensive moulding library, efficient Lean Manufacturing processes, and vast inventory set them apart in the region. Located in Northern, CO, they are dedicated to serving builders, designers, homeowners, and hobbyists with top-notch products and services.
Our client offers a competitive benefits package including a base salary plus commissions, health insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, life insurance, 401K, paid holidays and paid vacation. They are a drug free workplace and pre-placement drug testing is required.

Role Description
As an Outside Sales Representative, you will engage in sales presentations, build and nurture relationships with clients, provide excellent customer service, and develop new business opportunities, as well as prepare quotes and proposals. While the company is based in Fort Collins, CO, this is a full-time hybrid role covering the territory of Denver and surrounding areas.
Responsibilities of the Full-Time Salesperson role include:
· Ensures business development and sales strategies are successfully implemented
· Emphasis on making sales calls and obtaining new business
· Develops effective sales techniques, familiarity with industry and products offered
· Builds and maintains long-term customer relationships to grow revenue
· Assisting the customers by reviewing their needs and offering the best product to fulfill the job
Requirements include:
· Solid record of new business development and maintaining large accounts
· Experience creating and delivering sales presentations
· Customer Service and Communication skills
· Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
· Ability to organize time and identify key selling opportunities
· A positive, can-do attitude and desire to exceed expectations
· A history of demonstrated success in lumber or building material outside sales preferred
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team
· Valid Driver’s License, Clean Driving Record and Proof of Insurance
· Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (optional)
Compensation:
- Base salary and monthly-paid commission. Benefits package (Medical, Dental, Vision)
