Team Leadership: Lead, coach, and mentor a new team of Inside Sales Representatives to achieve and exceed sales targets and revenue goals. Establish cross functional relationships, metrics, and team culture norms. Sales Velocity Strategy: Develop and implement strategies to increase sales velocity, streamline the sales process, reduce friction points, and accelerate deal closure. Relationship Building: Establish and nurture relationships with technology practitioners across various locations to identify opportunities and drive sales growth. Business Development: Work diligently to prospect, qualify, and close business, leveraging a consultative approach and conducting effective product demos. Collaboration: Collaborate with Sales Engineering (SE) to conduct technical and non-technical web product demos and ensure seamless customer experiences. Sales Performance Monitoring: Maintain accurate customer records, activity reports, and pipeline management within Salesforce to track performance metrics and drive insights. Continuous Improvement: Continuously evaluate sales processes, identify areas for improvement, and implement enhancements to optimize sales velocity and efficiency.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science or a related field. 5+ years of inside sales experience in a technology-driven environment, with a focus on accelerating sales velocity, and New Logo Aquisiton.  Proven track record of successfully leading and developing high-performing sales teams to meet and exceed sales targets. Strong understanding of sales methodologies and techniques, with the ability to effectively qualify leads and manage a high-volume pipeline. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with prospects and team members. Results-driven mindset with a passion for driving revenue growth, exceeding expectations, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and sales engagement tools is a plus. Experience with PLG motion Knowledge of complex software in the security and observability space
