Inside Sales Manager

Required Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science or a related field. 5+ years of inside sales experience in a technology-driven environment, with a focus on accelerating sales velocity, and New Logo Aquisiton. Proven track record of successfully leading and developing high-performing sales teams to meet and exceed sales targets. Strong understanding of sales methodologies and techniques, with the ability to effectively qualify leads and manage a high-volume pipeline. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with prospects and team members. Results-driven mindset with a passion for driving revenue growth, exceeding expectations, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and sales engagement tools is a plus. Experience with PLG motion Knowledge of complex software in the security and observability spaceWhy Join Us:
