About the Role

As a Junior Copywriter at Cupshe, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our brand voice across multiple channels. You’ll be responsible for creating compelling and engaging copy for a variety of formats, including product descriptions, email campaigns, social media, and e-commerce content. Working closely with the marketing and operation teams, you’ll help drive brand consistency and deliver messaging that resonates with our target audience.


Job Duties

  • Write clear, engaging, and on-brand copy for product descriptions, email campaigns, social media posts, and website content.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, marketing, and merchandising, to ensure alignment of copy with visual assets and brand goals.
  • Assist in brainstorming and conceptualizing creative ideas for marketing campaigns and seasonal promotions.
  • Research industry trends, competitors, and consumer behavior to develop relevant and fresh content.
  • Edit and proofread content for clarity, grammar, and style consistency.
  • Help maintain Cupshe’s tone of voice across all platforms, ensuring all copy aligns with brand guidelines.
  • Support the creation of localization efforts to ensure copy resonates with diverse markets.
  • Participate in copywriting training and utilize Cupshe’s copywriting templates to streamline content creation.
  • Assist in the development and execution of short video content copy for Instagram and other social media platforms.
  • Collaborate with the Senior Copywriter to refine processes and contribute to the creation of a library of frequently used copywriting templates.


Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Marketing, or related field.
  • 1+ years of experience in copywriting, preferably in fashion, e-commerce, or retail.
  • Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to adapt to different tones of voice and write for diverse audiences.
  • Creative mindset with an understanding of current fashion and social media trends.
  • Familiarity with SEO principles and best practices.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic knowledge of content management systems like Later.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Experience writing for fashion or lifestyle brands is preferred.
  • Knowledge of localization processes and content adaptation for international audiences is preferred.
  • Experience with short-form video scriptwriting and social media content creation is preferred.
