Key Responsibilities:

Design and Creation:

  • Collaborate with the Junior Art Director to design and produce exceptional visuals for a diverse range of marketing materials, such as social media graphics, website banners, email campaigns, digital advertisements, lookbooks, and packaging.
  • Ensure all creative outputs align with the brand's visual standards and guidelines, preserving uniformity across all marketing platforms.

Team Collaboration:

  • Engage closely with the creative marketing team, including copywriters, photographers, and digital marketers, to ensure a cohesive and integrated approach to marketing campaigns.
  • Incorporate feedback from the Senior Director, Junior Art Director, and other stakeholders to enhance and refine design work.

Project Coordination:

  • Manage multiple design projects concurrently, ensuring timely completion and adherence to deadlines.
  • Organize and maintain a comprehensive library of design assets, including templates, graphics, and brand imagery, for efficient access and utilization by the marketing team.
  • Review and proofread all design materials to guarantee accuracy and quality prior to final production.

Digital Marketing Assistance:

  • Create attractive email templates and graphics to bolster email marketing initiatives.
  • Collaborate with the web development team to ensure the website's visual components are consistent with the brand's identity and enhance user experience.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Marketing, or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in graphic design, ideally within the fashion sector or a related field.
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating a variety of design projects, encompassing both digital and print materials.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • A solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Capability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Detail-oriented with a keen eye for aesthetics and visual composition.

Working Conditions:
