Overview of the Role

As a seasoned copywriter, you will be responsible for crafting compelling content that resonates with our target audience. Collaborating closely with the creative and brand marketing teams, you will write copy that informs and entertains, elevating our brand's presence across various platforms, including our website, online ads, and community events.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Craft compelling copy that resonates with a wide audience, maintaining a universal language.
  • Develop and maintain consistent messaging across all marketing materials.
  • Collaborate closely with the creative and brand marketing teams to ensure alignment with overarching brand strategies.
  • Conceptualize and execute big-picture ideas that elevate the brand's presence in the mass apparel market.
  • Write engaging and persuasive content for various platforms, including website, social media, email campaigns, and print materials.
  • Conduct thorough research to understand the target audience, market trends, and competitors.
  • Edit and proofread copy to ensure accuracy, clarity, and adherence to brand guidelines.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas to marketing campaigns.
  • Develop copy, such as taglines and slogans, and copy direction for large-scale marketing campaigns.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing content and make data-driven improvements.
  • Mentor junior copywriters and provide constructive feedback to help them grow and develop their skills.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a copywriter in marketing, preferably within the apparel or athleisure industry.
  • Ability to adapt tone and style to appeal to diverse demographics.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating creative and strategic thinking.
  • Experience working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
