About the Job

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Professional to lead our Regional Import sales team. As the Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth in your designated region. What will you do?

  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales professionals focused on ocean carrier import services.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market share growth.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customers, ensuring their import logistics needs are met.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry regulations to identify business opportunities.
  • Prepare regular reports and forecasts to evaluate team performance and market potential.

What Will Our Ideal Candidate Have?

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales and/or management in the ocean carrier import sector.
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and guide a sales team.
  • In-depth knowledge of import logistics and the ocean shipping industry.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Results-oriented, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Proficiency in relevant software and tools.


What is a Must Have?

  • Professional background of 6-10 years of experience in the maritime shipping industry, specifically in roles related to Account Executive responsibilities and business development.
  • Occasional travel as need is required.
