You will help drive the Sureify pre-sales and sales activity and operations. In partnership with our sales team, you will provide expertise, executive presentations, and product demonstrations to customers throughout the sales cycle. One of your primary responsibilities will be creating assets and materials for the sales and pre-sales team to use in marketing and the sales process. You will wear multiple hats in this role - from uncovering and translating prospect challenges to demo execution to solution evangelism to customer management, all with a balanced dose of salesmanship. While you are not expected to be a coder yourself, you must be familiar with SaaS technology and enterprise architecture to act as our front-line in explaining our system architecture and answering customer questions. You will be a key partner with our sales and customer success teams to make sure that all manner of quotes and proposals are coordinated timely and at the highest quality.

The Senior Sales and Marketing Operations Manager will be responsible for:

Lead customer business value identification and discovery -- understand how our products and their unique differentiation can be used within the customers' existing architecture and business environment

Conceptualize, create, and maintain assets (white papers, ROI studies, collateral, System Integrator marketing) that explain the value of Sureify products

Provide an expert-level understanding of our customers' environments and their evolving requirements vis-a-vis our solutions and products so that you can facilitate the creation of new opportunities and drive longer retention.

Keep up-to-date with market competition (vis-a-vis the products in our portfolio) and be able to defend our products against any comparison against a competitor.

Equip account executives with sales collateral that speaks to clients and continues to engage prospects through the sales cycle.

Support marketing initiatives and represent Sureify at key events.

Coordinate and track responses (RFP’s, RFI’s, quotes, and work orders) RFP and RFI responses for prospective clients.

Assist with coordinating the calendars of the sales team, customers and prospects.

Assist with the general organization of the sales team and their objectives.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate for this position has:

Experience in product marketing, particularly in a SaaS environment.

Strong presentation, communication, and influencing skills to C-Level Executives

Strong technical understanding. Comfort discussing technology and describing product architecture is a must. 

2+ years of experience in the Life and Annuity space

5+ years of marketing/product marketing experience

Knowledge of enterprise software sales

A process-driven and presentation mindset.

Excellent persuasion and written/verbal communication skills

Hours - Full time & Salary & open to working with different US time zones

Location - Remote
