As a Marketing Operations Analyst, you will be instrumental in refining and implementing our Marketing Operations Model, with a focus on lead management processes. In collaboration with various stakeholders, you will contribute to the evolution of our go-to-market strategies to ensure they are industry-leading.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Formulate strategies to manage complex lead routing logic across diverse sales teams.
  • Enhance integrations and streamline data flow between systems.
  • Oversee marketing technology stack components, particularly LeanData, while troubleshooting errors and inefficiencies.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to improve lead conversion rates at all stages of the funnel.
  • Document lead flow processes and provide training to colleagues.
  • Work alongside Sales Operations to maximize system utilization.
  • Support transformational initiatives and system migrations.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and support.
Skills and Qualifications:
  • 5-7 years of experience in B2B Marketing or Sales Operations.
  • Strong background in lead management and administration of marketing technology.
  • Experience in B2B lead assignment processes within complex enterprise settings.
  • Expertise in CRM systems, particularly Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics.
  • Analytical skills for evaluating operational metrics.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools such as Marketo.
  • LeanData Certification is a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Capability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage competing priorities.
  • Strong project management skills.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Advertising, Information Technology, or a related field is required. A Master's degree is preferred.
