- Night Cook / Baker: Ideal role for those aspiring to advance to Steward/Executive Steward positions. Skills needed include assisting with menu preparation and execution, preparing breakfast and grill items, handling larger cuts of meat, and baking a variety of goods from scratch. May work independently or supervise up to two individuals.
- Galley Hand: Entry-level position for individuals eager to learn the industry. Basic skills are taught, requiring the ability to follow instructions and work collaboratively within a team setting.
Important Note: This job is located offshore. Candidates will work in remote areas with limited phone access for extended periods. Transportation to crew change sites, which can be 45 minutes to 3 hours from Greater New Orleans, must be arranged personally. Crew changes typically occur in the early morning hours between 5 am and 6 am.
You Must Certify That:- You are comfortable with heights, flying, and helicopter travel.
- You are at ease with water, the ocean, and have proficient swimming skills.
- You possess prior offshore work experience.
