Job Title: Executive Steward

At AccorHotel, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Steward to join our team. As a key member of our Food and Beverage department, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of sanitation and safety in our kitchen and dining areas.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and manage the daily operations of the Stewarding Department, ensuring efficient service and conformance to standards.
  • Monitor and control inventory of cleaning compounds and supplies, ensuring timely ordering and restocking.
  • Conduct regular safety trainings for staff and ensure compliance with Health Department standards.
  • Recruit, interview, select, hire, and promote employees in the organization, ensuring a safe and productive work environment.
  • Collaborate with the Chef Director of Event Services/Catering to anticipate equipment needs and ensure seamless event execution.
  • Participate in employee progress discipline procedures and solicit feedback to identify and address employee concerns.
  • Ensure compliance with all Food & Beverage policies, standards, and procedures, and maintain accurate records and reports.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a luxury hotel or resort setting.
  • Proven track record of maintaining high standards of sanitation and safety, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and train staff.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences.

  • A competitive salary range of $83,000 - $110,000 USD gross annually.
