Sales Position Summary:

International Staff Consulting is seeking a skilled sales professional to join our team as an Area Sales Manager. This role involves driving business growth through strategic planning and execution, building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and prospects, and meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive sales growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and prospects.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to understand customer needs and preferences.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets while maintaining a deep understanding of our products and services.
  • Travel frequently to visit customers and attend industry events.

Requirements:

  • 4 years of sales experience in a B2B or medical devices sales environment.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Willingness to travel frequently and adapt to changing circumstances.
