Monitor tenant accounts for overdue payments, including rent, common area maintenance (CAM), utilities, taxes, and other charges.
Contact tenants with overdue balances to negotiate repayment plans and update payment records in AS400 and Outlook.
Resolve tenant inquiries related to billing discrepancies and lease terms, ensuring accuracy in calculations.
Review and address tenant concerns about common area maintenance, utility bills, and real estate tax charges.
Collaborate with leasing agents, property management, and legal teams to resolve past-due accounts and initiate appropriate collection actions.
Place accounts in default, coordinate with outside counsel to issue demand letters, and manage bankruptcy claims when necessary.
Participate in weekly meetings to update management on the status of defaulted accounts.

2+ years of experience in account collections, accounting, or customer service.
~ Proficiency in MS Word and Excel; experience with AS400 is a plus.
