The Role - What Job Responsibilities Look Like: As our Sales Director, you will lead and develop a talented team of sales professionals, driving sales growth, representing Star Blends' products in the market, and fostering strategic partnerships within our specified geographic regions. You will directly manage three employees and travel throughout central and southern Wisconsin, southeast Minnesota, and northern Iowa, making a tangible difference in the lives of farmers and communities.
