We are seeking a highly motivated, hardworking individual to join our team as an Outside Sales Territory Manager. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who is comfortable working independently and has a passion for sales. Experience with any conveyors, material handling industries or power transmission products is preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Represent ASGCO with professional attitude, be knowledgeable about our products and the industry and provide our customers with excellent customer service.
Increase sales and market share for all of ASGCO products and services in the territory.
Call on target end-users to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction, service and sales are being achieved.
Work with local customers to identify, quote, engineer and close product solution and service sales.
Perform conveyor inspections / surveys / audits and maintenance training at end-user customer plant locations.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
Assist with customers’ installation of our products to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.
Work with and coordinate vendor resources to build relationships with support sales.
Maintain an excellent safety record.
Maintain and update our CRM program and submit weekly schedules, call reports and expense reports on a timely basis.

Qualifications:

3+ years of industrial outside sales or account executive experience required
Good customer service and communication skills.
Reliable, organized, detailed and focused.
Industry/ conveyor manufacturing preferred.
Computer skills including spreadsheet applications and Microsoft Office Suite required
Reside within the New England area
