Job Overview: The Front Desk Administrator is responsible for overseeing the front desk operations across a network of 10 hotels, managing a team of 60 employees. This role ensures smooth and efficient guest service operations, adherence to company policies, and maintains a high level of customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, leadership capabilities, and a commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Staff Management & Coordination:
Supervise, train, and support front desk teams across 10 hotels.
Manage scheduling, staffing levels, and shift assignments to ensure adequate coverage at all locations.
Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching and feedback to front desk employees.
Implement and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) for all front desk operations.
2. Operational Oversight:
Oversee daily front desk operations to ensure efficient check-in/check-out processes, accurate reservations, and guest inquiries are handled effectively.
Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as guest satisfaction scores, occupancy rates, and financial performance.
Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and local regulations at all locations.
3. Guest Relations:
Act as a point of contact for escalated guest issues and complaints, providing solutions and maintaining a high level of guest satisfaction.
Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest experience and loyalty across all properties.
Analyze guest feedback and reviews to identify areas for improvement.
4. Communication & Coordination:
Serve as the primary liaison between the front desk teams and other departments, such as housekeeping, maintenance, and corporate office.
Coordinate with the marketing and sales teams to implement promotional activities and special offers.
Facilitate regular meetings and training sessions for front desk staff to ensure consistent service quality.
5. Administrative Duties:
Manage the budgeting and financial reporting for front desk operations, ensuring cost efficiency and profitability.
Oversee the maintenance and update of property management systems and software.
Ensure all front desk areas are well-maintained, organized, and presentable at all times.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry, preferably with multi-property management.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in property management systems (PMS) and other relevant software.
Ability to travel between properties as needed.
Working Conditions:
This position may require occasional travel between hotel locations.
Flexibility in working hours, including weekends and holidays, is necessary to meet the demands of the hospitality industry.
