CCH Tagetik Global Region Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Director

You will play a pivotal role in steering the financial strategy of our organization by collaborating closely with the CCH Tagetik Global Sales Vice President. Your leadership will be instrumental in driving financial efficiency, optimizing resource allocation, and ensuring alignment between financial objectives and sales targets across our global operations.

Responsibilities:
  1. Financial Strategy Development: Collaborate with the Global Sales VP to develop and execute financial strategies aligned with the company's overall objectives and growth plans.
  2. Budgeting and Forecasting: Lead the annual budgeting process and ongoing forecasting efforts, providing insights and guidance to ensure realistic financial goals are set and achieved.
  3. Financial Analysis: Conduct in-depth financial analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement, presenting findings to senior leadership for strategic decision-making.
  4. Performance Metrics: Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track financial performance against goals, identifying deviations and implementing corrective actions as needed.
  5. Financial Reporting: Oversee the preparation of accurate and timely financial reports, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and providing transparency to stakeholders.
  6. Risk Management: Assess and mitigate financial risks by implementing robust internal controls, conducting risk assessments, and staying abreast of industry regulations and market trends.
  7. Strategic Partnerships: Forge strong partnerships with cross-functional teams, particularly with the Global Sales VP, to align financial objectives with sales initiatives and drive profitability.
  8. Investment Analysis: Evaluate potential investments and business opportunities, conducting thorough financial analysis and risk assessments to support strategic decision-making.
  9. Team Leadership: Provide leadership and mentorship to the finance team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Requirements:
  1. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  2. Proven experience (at least 10-15 years) in financial management, with a focus on global operations and partnership with sales teams.
  3. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and reporting.
  4. In-depth knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and best practices.
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.
  6. Strategic thinker with a track record of developing and implementing successful financial strategies.
  7. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  8. Leadership experience, with a demonstrated ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve their full potential.

This role can be based in one of our offices across Italy, France, UK.
