Key Responsibilities:

Client Engagement Support

  • Assists the Team Leader in managing client relationships.
  • Engages with clients and partners through various communication channels, including face-to-face meetings, emails, and phone calls.
  • Facilitates the establishment of new client accounts and implements account modifications.
  • Contributes to the tracking of client pipelines and follow-up processes.

Support for Financial Planning

  • Collaborates with the Senior Financial Planner and Team Leader to ensure clients receive a professional and positive financial planning experience.
  • Maintains up-to-date information on Primary Planning Elements (PPE).
  • Involves in goal setting and monitoring, aligning PPE with alternative scenario evaluations.
  • Monitors advisory client portfolio allocations in relation to their objectives and goals, including performance tracking and analytics updates.
  • Oversees asset allocation assessments.

Required Qualifications:

  • Understanding of economic principles, accounting practices, financial markets, and the analysis and reporting of investment data.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with diverse organizational levels and clients, utilizing appropriate interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated interest in continuous learning regarding investment products, industry regulations, and financial planning methodologies.
  • Familiarity with financial planning software such as MoneyGuidePro, Morningstar tools, and other investment monitoring platforms.
  • Experience with CRM software like Redtail or Salesforce for activity tracking and management.
  • Background in financial services or a related field.
