Business Development Center Manager

The BDC Manager is responsible for overseeing the operations of the Business Development Center, ensuring effective communication and coordination between sales, service, and customer support teams. The manager will develop and implement strategies to enhance customer engagement, increase sales leads, and improve overall customer satisfaction.
We're looking for a team player with an outgoing, customer-service approach to daily responsibilities. This is a great entry point for a career with us, for someone who already has customer service or a general sales background (like electronics, appliances, real estate, B2B, marketing, etc.)
Must have full availability including Friday's and Saturday's. Hours are 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM and 11:30 AM - 8:00 PM.
What You'll Do:
- Recruit, train, and supervise BDC staff.
- Set performance goals and conduct regular evaluations.
- Foster a positive team environment that encourages collaboration and high performance.
- Develop and implement strategies for generating sales leads through various channels, including phone calls, emails, and online inquiries.
- Monitor lead flow and conversion rates, adjusting strategies as necessary.
- Enhance customer experience through effective communication and follow-up processes.
- Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Work closely with sales and service departments to ensure seamless communication and operations.
- Coordinate with marketing to develop campaigns aimed at lead generation and customer retention.
- Analyze metrics related to lead generation, sales conversions, and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare reports and present findings to upper management, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Conduct ongoing training sessions for BDC staff on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service best practices.
- Stay updated on industry trends and technologies to keep the team informed.
- Establish and enforce policies and procedures for the BDC operations.
- Ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
- Previous experience in a BDC position preferred.
- A valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
