  • About the Role:

    We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to join our team as a Sales Account Executive. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing and maintaining relationships with existing clients, and driving sales revenue growth.

  • Your Responsibilities:

    • Engage with new business opportunities through cold calling and lead generation

    • Adopt Novatech's culture of sales excellence, including established sales processes, pipeline management, and forecast accuracy

    • Network with the local business community to identify new business opportunities

    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and key decision-makers

    • Work with clients to understand their needs and objectives and align Novatech products and services accordingly

    • Drive sales revenue growth by managing a defined territory and achieving quota through cold calling and self-generated leads

  • Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

    • Outside sales experience preferred

    • Experience with Salesforce (or similar CRM) and Microsoft Office

    • Valid driver's license and reliable insured vehicle
