Responsibilities:


Business Development

  • Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to identify new opportunities.
  • Build and sustain strong client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
  • Drive sales strategies and exceed revenue growth targets.

Collaboration & Teamwork

  • Join an energetic leadership team and foster our positive, collaborative company culture.
  • Cultivate strong interpersonal relationships and promote teamwork within the company.

People Management

  • Lead and inspire a team with diverse backgrounds and commitments.
  • Exhibit empathy and effective communication skills to manage and support team members.


Salary Range: $115,000 - $145,000

Required Skills and Attributes:

  • Proven Business Development Expertise in Energy (critical): Candidates must have a demonstrated track record of success in business development or sales within the Renewable energy, Oil and Gas, Pipeline or related sectors. Desired Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of EOS: Familiarity with the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) is a strong plus.
