Responsibilities

  • Build lasting relationships with candidates to create a positive and supportive hiring experience
  • Source and attract candidates using databases, social media, and other tools
  • Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
  • Screen candidate resumes and job applications
  • Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes
  • Facilitate the offer process by extending the offer and negotiating employment terms
  • Collaborate with internal team members to ensure client and candidate success


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university is strongly preferred
  • Capable of comprehending complex and technical job requirements
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and decision-making skills
  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other performance-driven environments is a plus
  • No previous recruiting experience required—we will train you
