Your new role:


  • Develop new business relationships via cold calls, client meetings, and in person networking with the Construction Industry.
  • Build a network of active and passive professionals through cold headhunt calls.
  • Foster long-term relationships with candidates and clients through ongoing face to face meetings.
  • Take responsibility for own development.
  • Actively showcase and live HAYS values/vision/standards and expectations for high performance.



What we’re looking for:


  • 1-3 years' experience in a sales or recruitment related role.
  • Confident making outbound cold calls.
  • Confident meeting and engaging people from entry level to executive, face to face, within the construction industry.
  • Achievement focused, resilient, authentic & trustworthy.


What you will get:


  • We offer base compensation of $43,888 plus an optional draw of $14,060, plus a high percentage, uncapped commission plan.
  • Hybrid/flexible schedule - 3 days in office in the Galleria area.
  • PTO starting at 22 days, 2 floating holidays and 2 volunteer days.
