We are looking for an Associate Consultant - Business Development Recruiter to join us for our January training academy


At Spencer Ogden, we help the world's most prestigious companies solve their talent challenges We are looking for motivated, hard-working individuals to join our team and deliver a first-class service to our clients. This person would be responsible for Business Development (bringing in new clients) as well as sourcing and placing candidates


*******Cold Calling (50-70 dial outs per day) will be an integral part of this job, individuals in this role love to hunt new business and create relationships with new clients.****

Responsibilities:

  • Client Engagement: Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their business needs and recruitment requirements.
  • Market Research: Conduct thorough market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape in the industry.
  • Talent Sourcing: Utilize various sourcing methods (networking, social media, job boards) to identify and attract top talent in business development roles.
  • Candidate Assessment: Screen and evaluate candidates to ensure they possess the necessary skills and cultural fit for client organizations.
  • Client Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to clients, showcasing shortlisted candidates and recruitment strategies.
  • Negotiation and Offer Management: Act as a liaison between candidates and clients during the offer stage, negotiating terms to achieve mutual satisfaction.
  • Pipeline Management: Maintain an organized pipeline of candidates, tracking their progress and ensuring timely follow-ups.
  • Relationship Building: Develop long-term relationships with candidates, providing guidance and support throughout their job search process.
