Votre fonction

Vous livrez du bton prt--lemploi aux clients dans la rgion de Gembloux.

Vous tes responsable du contrle du bon tat de votre camion-malaxeur avant chaque livraison et vous en assurez lentretien et le nettoyage quotidien.

Vous contrlez la livraison lors de chaque chargement et dchargement.

Votre mission : Organisation et planification hebdomadaire de la production en vue datteindre les objectifs en termes de volumes / cots par lutilisation optimale des machines, des matires et de la main duvre.

Assurer la gestion de la production qui fonctionne en 3 quipes (24/24, 5 jours par semaine - pouvoir tre sur site dans un dlai de 60 minutes).

Vous rapporterez directement au responsable du site.

Votre profil : Niveau dtudes bachelier dans un domaine technique ou exprience similaire.

Exprience en gestion dquipe, bonnes aptitudes leadership.

Une exprience de 3 5 ans en production et/ou maintenance acquise idalement dans un environnement similaire ou dans un environnement industriel est un atout.

Votre mission:

Vous pilotez la centrale bton partir du systme informatique industriel, et commandez le mlange des matires premires ncessaires la fabrication du bton.

Vous assurez lapprovisionnement des matires premires et des matires auxiliaires pour la prparation du bton.

Vous apportez de lassistance en cas de problmes au niveau mcanique.

Occasionnellement, on vous demandera de travailler comme bulliste ou comme chantillonneur au laboratoire.

Votre profil:

Vous disposez au minimum dun A3 en lectromcanique ou quivalent par exprience.

Une formation en construction et/ou une connaissance du bton sont des atouts.

Vous tes autonome, rigoureux, curieux et organis. Vous travaillez en toute flexibilit en faisant preuve dune grande fiabilit.

Vous aimez travailler en quipe et tablissez un bon contact avec notre clientle.
