Job Title: Night Shift Manufacturing Supervisor

Location: Goodyear, AZ

Pay Range: DOE

 

What’s the Job?

  • Night shift supervision of manufacturing production floor operators
  • Oversight of timesheets, communications to next shift and safety compliance
  • Responsible for work assignments, equipment assignments and assigning work priorities for night shift
  • Must be willing to step in and cover work load for an employee who is out if necessary so very hands-on position
  • Responsible for training or coordinating necessary trainings for the shift

 

What’s Needed?

  • HS/GED; Associate's degree preferred
  • 3+ years' experience leading or supervising on a manufacturing production floor (5+ direct reports)
  • OSHA 10 or 30 and safety compliance experience
  • Lean training, continuous improvement, etc. a plus
  • CNC operations experience a plus
