Position Overview:
As a Retail Operations Supervisor, you will gain practical experience in one of our Auto Service centers by fostering meaningful connections while delivering exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:
- Drive and achieve sales targets through customer interactions, including tire and service sales.
- Build and maintain customer relationships, ensuring satisfaction by acting as the liaison between technicians and clients.
- Manage the service department effectively as required.

Physical Requirements:

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of prior retail experience.
- Valid driver's license.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Candidates must be legally authorized to work without company sponsorship now or in the future.
