Primary Objective:
Ensure the efficient and timely operation of plant production, guaranteeing that a high-quality product is consistently delivered to subsequent operations and customers.
Achieve operational goals related to cost, quality, safety, and delivery while mentoring and supporting team members.Hold team members accountable for meeting performance objectives.
Implement Business Center strategies at the operational level.
Key Responsibilities:
Safely oversee the seamless and timely production flow, ensuring quality standards are met for the next operation/customer.
Champion safety protocols throughout the plant.Ensure compliance with all operational procedures, audits, practices, and standard work.
Foster employee development and promote a collaborative team environment.
Continuously improve team performance and operational processes.
Qualifications:
Required:
Bachelor's Degree or 5 years of relevant experience.
Preferred:
4-year technical degree.
Experience:
A minimum of one year of relevant experience, preferably in manufacturing or military settings.
Experience in tire manufacturing processes is advantageous.
Skills and Competencies:
Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
Familiarity with safety and quality standards, HR policies, and budgeting practices.
Proven leadership skills in team settings.
