Position Overview:
As a Retail Operations Supervisor, you will gain practical experience in one of Goodyear's Auto Service centers by establishing meaningful connections while providing exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:
- Drive and achieve sales targets through customer interactions, including tire and service sales.
- Foster customer relationships and ensure satisfaction by acting as the liaison between technicians and clients.
- Oversee the service department as necessary.
- Contribute to the training and development of service department staff.

- Utilize provided tools to make recommendations to customers based on manufacturer guidelines.
- Maintain a clean and safe working and customer area.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of prior retail experience.
- Valid driver's license.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship now or in the future.
