We are expanding our client services team with the addition of an Account Manager Specialist Role. This role is critical to the growth and continued success of our business. Position Overview:

The Jr Binding Specialist will be responsible for reviewing, processing, and binding insurance policies. This role will also support the client service team with customer service requests. This role requires a strong understanding of various insurance products, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with clients and team members.

Starting Salary of $44-$46,000 Plus Bonus

Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

• Work alongside the Binding Specialist auditing all policy applications

• Bind insurance policies in accordance with agency standards and state laws

• Assist with resolving any issues or discrepancies related to binding policies

• Respond to inquiries in a timely and professional manner

• Maintain accurate records and documentation

• Collaborate with team members to improve process and enhance the customer experience

• Build relationships with clients and communicate the smartest way to protect their most valued assests.
