Sales Account Professional

Bradford Company is seeking a skilled Account Manager to drive sales objectives, policies, and programs across assigned territories/accounts.
Responsibilities:
- Pursue customer and prospect business relationships to achieve sales goals and strengthen relations.
- Achieve annual sales objectives under the direction of sales management in accordance with overall corporate objectives.
- Offer well-reasoned input in pricing efforts for key accounts and territories.
- Participate in sales planning, pricing, and selling strategies to maximize overall gross margins for the company.
- Plan and execute sales trips to best utilize time and accomplish approved goals.
- Stay knowledgeable in the company's sales practices, technical, and market developments, as well as competitive products and selling strategies.
- Recommend specific objectives and priorities for assigned territories, pursuing target accounts/industries following approved priorities.
- Work from knowledge of packing techniques and Company capabilities to design packaging solutions, assisting customers in overall design and recommending packing methods to optimize profits and use of Company products.
- Possess extensive knowledge of company's quality programs, products, manufacturing capabilities, testing capabilities, and competitive products, as well as sales, production, and cost estimating procedures.
- Prepare essential reports, including itineraries, sales notes, competitive activity, expense reports, and mileage reports, on a timely basis.
- Document system changes and continuous improvements.
Qualifications:
An associate degree (AA/AAS) or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school, plus four or more years related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
