Purpose of the role
Conexus MedStaff hires quality healthcare professionals looking to achieve their career goals of practicing in the US while supporting the healthcare staffing shortage in America. The role of the Business Development Manager is responsible for increasing company revenue by identifying and developing new business opportunities as well as expanding brand presence within the outlined Conexus strategy. Manage existing accounts through contract terms and services and evaluate additional services for Conexus to offer.
What we’re looking for
- Proven work experience as a Business Development Manager, Sales Executive or relevant role
- Proven sales track record
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Knowledge of sales management software and tools, specifically Salesforce
- Confident presenter and speaker
- Relationship building with stakeholders across multiple departments and geographies
- Management of risk
- Teamwork in working across teams and departments
- A track record of professional development for self
- Experience working in the healthcare sector, this could be within hospitals, laboratories and/or lab allied, clinics etc.
- Bachelors’ degree
- Up to 50% domestic travel to prospective clients and existing client sites
