Infrastructure construction industry experience preferred. Proven experience in business development, project pursuit, or related roles within the construction or engineering industry.Strong understanding of contract specifications, proposal processes, and negotiation skills.Excellent communication, presentation, and networking skills.Ability to work collaboratively across teams and influence key stakeholders.Able to travel up to 50%.
